the past four years, Rebecca Kowalsky has
been the official photographer of the Efrat/Gush
Etzion Raise Your Spirits Summer Stock Company.
Through our three productions, Rebecca has
photographed every member of our cast in more
than 50 performances.
Rebecca's

action on stage, but the feeling, the heart,
the motivation and the soul of each of our
characters. The expressions that Rebecca

| Our
family had the opportunity to make a very unique
Bat Mitzvah for our daughter, Bati - a day in the
ancient/modern city of Shilo in the Shomron. From
the moment we arrived at the buses, through our
tour of the Biblical sites, until the luncheon and
dancing in the fields outside, Rebecca's camera
was flashing.
Rebecca has
given us a keepsake we will always love.

Rebecca photographed
our son Yaniv's Bar Mitzvah party - or more accurately
she "captured" the joy, the energy,
the beauty of the evening on film for us to cherish
and remember forever. She read the crowd, sensed
the mood, knew just whom to photograph and when,
and 'worked' the room with graceful, professional
expertise. And she didn't stop snapping the shutter
of one camera or another until the last moments
when it was just our family dancing to the band's
final tunes. The caterer had already packed up!!!
I have had
the pleasure of sharing the pictures with family
in the States who couldn't attend the simcha who
felt that the photographs truly gave them the
sense of what happened that night. They couldn't
get over the vibrancy of each and every shot. |
